 North Bengal Silk Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at North Bengal Silk! We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to accept returns for a full refund or exchange within the timeframe outlined below.


What can be returned?

Unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached.
Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.


What cannot be returned?

Items that have been worn or washed.
Items without tags attached.
Items purchased on sale or clearance.
Customized or personalized items.


Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).


How to Return an Item:

Please contact us at northbengalsilk@gmail.com or +8801407980270 to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).   
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the returned item(s).
Ship the package to the address provided in the RMA instructions.


Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund.


Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return instructions as outlined above.
In the RMA request, specify the size or color you would like to exchange for.
We will ship the replacement item to you once the original item is received and inspected.
